Jordan N. Boslego
Partner and Co-Founder
Jordan Boslego is a partner at Empirically and a co-founder of the firm. He leads the development of our predictive analytics and decision support capabilities across all client segments.
Jordan brings deep expertise in the asset management industry. He began his buy-side career at Deutsche Bank (now DWS Investments), where he was a generalist research analyst for the Global Thematic Equity Strategy, one of the firm's largest active equity products. In 2010, his team spun off to form an independent boutique, Global Thematic Partners (GTP). The firm launched with $9 billion under management and grew to a peak of over $14 billion USD, with just 12 investment professionals.
While at GTP, Jordan served as the firmwide Head of Portfolio Risk, and was appointed a Portfolio Manager of the International Thematic Equity Strategy. Later, as Head of Client Thematic Solutions, he led product strategy efforts and played a key role in winning and retaining a top-tier institutional client base, with mandate sizes ranging from $50 million to more than $1 billion.
Previously, Jordan was at J.P. Morgan in New York, working on advisory and M&A transactions in the natural resources and industrials investment banking groups.
Jordan graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics and Statistics with High Honors, and pursued doctoral studies in the Strategy & Innovation department of Boston University's Questrom School of Business. He holds an M.S. in Management from Boston University and is a CFA Charterholder.
